We are located in Miami, FL, with our production facility in Mexico City.

Can your staff travel to a client's location?
Yes, we regularly travel to our client's location when requested. In fact, traveling to and from Mexico City is as fast and easy as flying to any major city in the US.

What is your work schedule?
We typically work in Central Time Zone. We match our developer's schedule to meet our client's time zone.

How many years have you been in business?
We have been in the development business since 1995 and opened the outsourcing business this year.

Where do your developers work?
The entire development team works in our Mexico City facility although we can have some developers working directly at our clients' site.

Will you outsource any of our work?
All software development work is completed in-house with our in-house development staff. On some occasions, we outsource some specialty work, like professional web graphic design.

What are your developers' academic backgrounds?
All our developers have at least a bachelor's degree in IT that requires 5 years of university study. 30% of our developers have a Masters Degree. More than half of our developers have at least one Java certification.

Who owns the final product?
The Client always owns the rights to the software regardless of whether it is in the design stage, partial development, or finished. Furthermore, upon completion of the software, our Clients are furnished with all source code, source files, documentation and notes used in the design and development of their projects.

Our hourly rates are lower that the ones that you find in the US. The Total Cost of Engagement (TCE) is lower in Mexico, by as much as 30.00% than similar services in the USA.
Mexico City is also few hours away from any US city; this lowers the cost and effort required for face-to-face meetings.

If you are developing software, engineers need to talk directly to one another, as often as possible; even Product Managers need to be in close contact with engineers and not through an Engagement Manager, as is often the case with offshore projects.
